Look here to keep track of the latest progress of our new house in
Stapleton. It should be ready in early August. |

In
October, Julie and I went on a Mediterranean cruise. We spent a couple
of days in Rome and then embarked from Civitaveccia. We went to
Sorrento, Sardinia, St. Tropez, Mallorca and Barcelona. The cruise was
top notch and had great service; there were only 200 guests on board.
We had a great time, but gained a combined 14 pounds (Julie lost 1 while
Bill gained 15...) Click on the thumbnail for more photos. |

Julie and I went to Kauai for our honeymoon. Kauai was wonderful and
we recommend it as a romantic getaway. |

In
April, we went to visit Steve and Lori in Santa Cruz. Steve and
Bill used to work together at WhisperWire. Actually, Steve and Lori
live in Aptos, which is in the mountains just South of Santa Cruz.
They showed us a great time and we got to see tons of the coast all the way
down to Big Sur. |

In
February, our friends Lusanna, Kristin and Nancy were kind enough to throw
us an engagement party at Kristin's new house in Cherry Creek.
Feel free to flip through the photos. |

In
March, we visited Julie's parents in Tampa. Golf, Spring Training
games and fun in the sun were enjoyed by all. The Storm of the Century
in Denver (30 inches of snow) regrettably extended our vacation (good).
Unfortunately the only flights we could get back on were Orlando to LA to
Denver (not good). 16 hour travel day to 30 inches of snow; welcome
back from vacation. |

In November, we
went to Albany to celebrate Bill's Mom's Birthday. Julie and
Bill spent the day at the mall before joining the party at Sitar. One
note: unless you like the sound of roaring jet engines, avoid the Residence
Inn in Latham (no matter how good a deal you get on the room). |

In September,
we went to Truro on Cape Cod to attend the Cousin Dan and Leah's wedding.
We spent the rest of the weekend checking out Wellfleet, Provincetown and
all the seafood we could hold. |

Julie's Dad
came to visit for a weekend in September. Julie and Big Bill went
to the Celestial Seasonings tour on Friday, and we all met up in Keystone
for dinner and a night in the mountains. Sunday was spend at the ESPN Zone
with Elijah. |

At the end of
July, Julie and Drue went to Cabo for an little R&R. They spend
a relaxing week at the resort hotel. After they got back, we all met
up with some friends in Dallas for the weekend. |

For the
Fourth of July 2002, we went to visit Julie's grandmother in northern
Michigan (the UP, for those of you in the know). We had a great cook
out on Thursday, went strawberry picking and to a fireworks show of Friday,
and snuck in some fishing (Bill and Bill) and a 15 mile run (Julie) on
Saturday. |

Our friends
Matt and Jamie were married on June 29, 2002 in Keystone. We made
of a weekend of it and went up on Friday night with friends Ginny and Shane.
On Saturday, Julie and Ginny took advantage of a free spa day, while Bill
and Shane preoccupied themselves around Keystone. On Saturday night,
the wedding was held at the top of the back peak of Keystone. A good
time was had by all. |

For Memorial Day weekend, we went to
Julie's condo in Keystone with Mona and Roger. We took a few pictures at the
Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Before we left, we caught the Rockies vs. the Giants at
Coors Field. Bond's hit a homer to pass Mark McGuire on the All Time list, but the
Rox still won. |

In May,
Julie's Mom came to visit us in Denver. On our first day, we
started at the Butterfly Pavilion and ended with Dinner at the Flagstaff in
Boulder. We also made time over the weekend to get in some hiking in
Vail. |

In May, Julie and I went with friends Nanci and
Lusanna to run the Bay to Breakers. The Bay to Breakers is a 7.5 mile race through
San Francisco. Many people dress in costume, and we went as Little Bo Peep and her sheep.
Although it poured rain the whole race, we still had a great time. In case you were
wondering, we finished about 23,230 out of 70,000 runners. |

Jazz Fest 2002 in New Orleans. We've been the
last couple of years and plan on going again. A great time with great music and great
food. If you go next year, you'll probably see us there. |

See all the pictures from the Taste of Vail

This year we went with Jeff and Lynn. |
